Every piece is made to order — production takes 3–5 working days before dispatch. UK delivery is free and tracked, and typically arrives 2–4 working days after dispatch. You get tracking by email the moment it ships.
Yes. The builder shows you a live preview as you design — what you see on screen is exactly what we print, so you can check every star, the place and the date before you order.
