What photo should I send?

A clear, well-lit photo on a plain light background works best. Don't worry if it's not perfect — we tidy up the artwork and send you a proof to approve before we engrave anything.

What is it made from?

316L hypoallergenic stainless steel, available in silver, 18k gold or rose gold plating. Waterproof and tarnish-free.

Can I add a name or date?

Yes — add a name and date, plus an optional secret message engraved on the back.

How long does it take?

Made to order in 2–5 days, then tracked UK delivery in 2–4 days.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can't be resold or returned — but if anything is wrong or faulty, we'll put it right. You also approve a design proof before we engrave.
