    How do I upload my photo?

    Add your baby's footprint photo in the Personalisation panel above, then complete checkout. A clear, well-lit shot on a plain background works best - we redraw the artwork and email you a proof before we print.

    Can I add an engraving to the back?

    Yes - choose a name or short message under “Engrave The Back?”. It's confirmed on your proof.

    Can I see a preview before it is printed?

    Always. We email you a proof of the full design and only print once you're happy.

    What if my photo isn't good enough?

    Our designers redraw every print by hand. If a photo won't work we'll tell you and help you retake it - no charge.
